As we wind down 2025, I find myself pausing—much like I did in years past—to sit with the fullness of this year. But this year feels different. Heavier in some ways. More revealing in others. And yet, somehow, profoundly full of blessings all the same.
This has been a year where many of us have carried more than usual. The economy has stretched families thin. The world has felt divided. Stress has been higher. Health concerns—physical, emotional, and mental—have taken a toll.
And countless people have walked through our doors feeling the weight of it all.
Yet even in the midst of challenge, I’ve witnessed something remarkable: resilience, courage, transformation, and hope.
This year, Rising Chiropractic has seen breakthroughs—big and small. We’ve watched practice members regain mobility they thought was gone, restore function they feared they had lost, and reclaim pieces of their lives that pain had stolen. We’ve seen parents get back to playing with their kids, athletes return to doing what they love, older adults find renewed confidence in their bodies, and countless individuals rediscover the joy of simply moving without fear.
These are not coincidences.
They are not flukes.
They are not “lucky” moments.
These are the results of honoring your nervous system, caring for your spine, and investing in the health of the only body you will ever have.
And the truth is—not everyone gets to do that. Not everyone has access to chiropractic care. Not everyone chooses it. Not everyone prioritizes their nervous system or their long-term health. And we say this not with judgment, but with gratitude:
What a blessing it is that you do.
In a year where stress seemed to rise around every corner, you made space for self-care. You committed to consistency. You chose to steward your health, not because it was easy, but because you understood its importance.
You allowed your body to unwind tension, restore communication, and reconnect brain to body—organ to organ, joint to joint, cell to cell. You honored your musculoskeletal system, your neurology, your structure, your function. And in doing so, you unlocked strength, healing, and adaptability that will carry you well beyond 2025.
For me personally, this year has been one of deep growth. I have worked to become a better doctor—more attentive, more skilled, more present, and more committed to the mission of Rising Chiropractic. Every adjustment, every report of findings, every breakthrough moment has been a reminder of why I do what I do. You have made me a better chiropractor, and a better human being.
And looking ahead to 2026, my heart is full.
Full of hope.
Full of excitement.
Full of gratitude.
We look forward to deepening our relationships with you, continuing your care journey, and expanding our impact in the CSRA. We are planning for growth, new opportunities to serve, and more ways to bring health and healing to our community.
But for now, with only a few weeks left in this year, I want to say a simple, heartfelt thank you.
Thank you for allowing us to care for you.
Thank you for trusting us with your nervous system, your health, your family, and your future.
Thank you for being the heartbeat of this practice.
Without you, Rising Chiropractic could not rise.
As I searched for the right words to close this year, I came across a meditation that felt fitting for the tenderness and resilience of 2025:
Blessings for the Turning of the Year
(Author unknown)
May we be grateful for the strength that carried us through days we thought we could not face.
May we recognize the small graces that appeared when we least expected them.
May we remember that even in uncertainty, the body strives toward healing, restoration, and balance.
May we honor the breath that sustains us, the spine that supports us, and the inner wisdom that guides us.
May we cherish the people who walk beside us—family, friends, and the community that lifts us up.
And as we step into a new year, may we carry with us the blessing of resilience, the gift of hope, and the quiet, steady promise of renewal.
For all this and more, I am grateful.
Thank you for being part of the Rising Chiropractic Family.
Thank you for your trust, your commitment, and the blessings you bring into our practice every single day.
Here’s to closing 2025 with gratitude and stepping into 2026 with renewed hope and health.
I look forward to being your Doctor of HEALTH for many years to come.
