Welcome to Rising Chiropractic
Rising Chiropractic was built around a simple belief. The body is designed to heal when the nervous system is supported and the spine is cared for well. Many of the people who walk through our doors are tired of managing symptoms and want to understand what their body is trying to say.
Founded by Dr. Beth Druckenmiller, whose own recovery from a traumatic brain injury and career-ending neck injury led her here, Rising is a practice where care is neurologically based, gentle, and specific. This is not a high volume clinic where people are rushed in and out. It is a place where relationships matter, questions are welcome, and your care is tailored to how your body actually works.
If you are looking for a place where your health is taken seriously and your body is given the support it needs to heal, we would be honored to care for you.
No forceful cracking or twisting. Adjustments are precise, controlled, and tailored to what your body needs.
Care here focuses on the nervous system, not just the symptom. When the nervous system is supported, the body often begins to work better as a whole.
Newborns to seniors, expecting mothers to athletes. Rising serves your whole family under one roof.
Dr. Druckenmiller did not discover chiropractic in a classroom. She found it during her own recovery from a traumatic brain injury and neck injury. That experience shapes the way she cares for people today.

Meet Dr. Beth Druckenmiller
Her story is the foundation of this practice
Dr. Beth Druckenmiller served in the United States Air Force before a neck injury ended her military career. A car accident later left her with a traumatic brain injury. After years of searching for real answers, chiropractic care changed her trajectory entirely. She went on to complete multiple half-marathons and build a practice rooted in everything she learned on that road. When she works with you, she brings both the clinical training and the lived experience of someone who has genuinely been where you are.
Conditions We Support
Because life puts a lot on your body
Most people don’t come in because something feels perfect. They come in because their back keeps flaring up, their headaches will not let up, or they just feel worn down. Sometimes it’s sciatica. Sometimes it’s pregnancy discomfort. Sometimes it’s stress sitting in the shoulders and neck. Whatever the reason, we take time to understand what your body has been dealing with and help it settle into a healthier rhythm again.

What Care Looks Like at Rising
Thoughtful, specific, and never rushed
Care at Rising is gentle, specific, and built around how your nervous system is actually responding that day. Visits are not long but they are never rushed. Dr. Druckenmiller checks your spine, makes the adjustments your body needs, and gives your system room to settle. Over time that consistency builds on itself, and most practice members find that what their body is capable of gradually expands in ways they were not expecting. If you have never experienced this kind of care before, that is completely normal. Most people say their first visit felt very different from what they imagined.

EXCELLENT Based on 386 reviews Posted on Lucia GetsiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Beth has given me my life back! Wish I had found an iteration of her decades ago Or her even five years ago, I might’ve been able to avoid a spine surgery that had been chasing me for 60 years and hearing aids. Not that I have not had chiropractic care, no my first chiropractic care was when I was 18 years old a very long time ago. My right leg below the knee had suddenly swelled up to twice normal while my legs were crossed as I was taking my fourth two hour final collegr exam in 1964. At 18 my first chiropractic a djustment of L4 L5 relieved that. But despite decades of traditional chiropractic and medical care, and dozens of diagnoses, finally of EDS and its hypermobility, I was often locked up and rigid, and increasingly “all torqued up.” In desperation, I sat down at my computer and googled “torque release.” Dr Beth Druckenmiller popped up 35 miles to the south of me. I had an evaluation. My spine was even in worse shape than I knew from tailbone to axis, but my cervical spine was hideous. She mapped out a plan three times a week and the cost. I signed on the dotted line and then we were hit by hurricane Helene, which closed down Augusta and also my home in South Carolina. But we got going again and month by month, a miracle of healing unfolded in my broken neck also my thoracic spine also my surgeried lumbar spine; my severe colorectal genetic issues and surgeries, my hr, my sleep, not-to mention my pain levels, my will to live improved. It’s been a year and a half almost now. And I can go two weeks, doing the self-care and exercise exercises with the implements she provided, and this is amazing. I can now sit in my car and drive for three hours with no Pain. Getting out of the car is still difficult, but that is because of the repercussions of the spine surgery and also a couple of terrible falls caused by the return of astigmatism caused by various eye abnormalities that I have recently had surgery to somewhat correct. My breathing has even improved! I am now swimming a mile again, bilateral breathing again, walking a couple of miles a day forward and backward. Teaching high-level therapeutic Aquatic Exercise again, and because I can sit for long periods of time I who have around 1 million words in print and used to be a sort of famous American poet and translator and research scholar, and able to pick up my work again. This is all due to Dr Beth Druckenmiller. I feel like Lazarus. And my determination to stay on this healing path firm. The most amazing thing is that my really quite good traditional chiropractor, whom I had been seeing for about nine years until I had my spine surgery and they told me please not that kind of chiropractic, is now sending clients like me who had just slipped beyond his care, to Dr Beth. Below are trips I would never have been able to make again without her care, expertise, thorough knowledge of the nervous systems and how to reconnect them, her hands’ and sensitivity’s gift. Because that is finally what this is, a gift.Posted on Machell ByrdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Her thorough methodology of X-rays, nerve function testing, and specific adjustments to the spinal cord have made me feel better and more assured in my chiropractic care!
