Chiropractic Techniques
Precise, gentle, and grounded in science
The tools we use and why we chose them
Trained With Purpose
Dr. Druckenmiller did not arrive at Torque Release Technique, Webster, or pediatric chiropractic by default. Each was a deliberate choice made after her own experience as a practice member showed her what nervous-system-focused, low-force care could actually do. She sought out advanced training in each method, studies them with the same rigor she brought to her graduate work, and continues to develop her skills as the science and technique evolve. What she uses in the adjusting room reflects both what the evidence supports and what she has lived firsthand.
Why Technique Matters
The results a practice member experiences depend heavily on how care is delivered, not just where. At Rising Chiropractic, technique selection is not random or one-size-fits-all. Every approach used here was chosen because it is specific, reproducible, and appropriate for a nervous-system-focused practice that serves everyone from newborns to seniors. There is no forceful manipulation, no aggressive cracking, and no guesswork. What you will find instead is a set of carefully chosen methods that allow Dr. Druckenmiller to deliver precise input to the spine in a way the nervous system can actually receive and respond to.

The Techniques
Chosen for precision, not tradition
Every technique at Rising was selected for the same reason – it delivers specific, measurable input to the nervous system without relying on force. Whether Dr. Druckenmiller is working with a newborn, an expecting mother, or someone who has been dealing with chronic pain for years, the approach is always controlled, always targeted, and always adapted to the person on the table. What you will not find here is a one-size-fits-all adjustment or anything that requires you to brace for impact.
Torque Release Technique
Gentle, specific, low-force chiropractic care
At Rising Chiropractic, we use Torque Release Technique (TRT) because it is a gentle, highly specific, low-force chiropractic technique designed to deliver a focused adjustment without the twisting, cracking, or sudden force often associated with traditional manual chiropractic techniques.
Using a detailed neurological analysis and the Integrator adjusting instrument, TRT is designed to identify and address areas of spinal stress and dysfunction based on the individual patterns and needs of the person being evaluated rather than applying a generalized, one-size-fits-all approach.
Torque Release Technique chiropractic care is valued for its precise, targeted approach and has been studied within the chiropractic literature. Because the adjustment is so controlled and specific, many practice members who were once hesitant about chiropractic care find TRT to be a more comfortable and approachable experience.
People often seek gentle chiropractic adjustments like TRT for concerns such as back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, and other spine- and nerve-related complaints. At Rising Chiropractic, TRT is used to support healthier nervous system function, improve communication between the brain and body, and support the body’s ability to adapt and function well.
The Integrator ™
Precise. Gentle. Neurologically focused.
The Integrator is the instrument Dr. Druckenmiller uses to deliver Torque Release Technique adjustments. It provides a light, targeted, and highly specific input to the spine at the exact area being addressed.
Because the adjustment is so gentle and controlled, many practice members find it to be a more comfortable experience than traditional manual adjusting. There is no twisting, no sudden force, and no need to brace for the adjustment.
This low-force, instrument-assisted approach allows for a precise chiropractic adjustment designed to support healthy nervous system function and improved communication between the brain and body.
Webster Technique
Specialized care for expecting mothers
The Webster Technique is a chiropractic analysis and adjustment method developed specifically for use during pregnancy. It focuses on sacral and pelvic alignment, addressing the mechanical imbalances that commonly develop as the body adapts to a growing baby. When the pelvis is not moving symmetrically, the muscles and ligaments supporting the uterus can become unevenly loaded – which affects comfort, mobility, and the space available to the baby as birth approaches. Dr. Druckenmiller is trained and experienced in Webster Technique and uses it as the primary approach for prenatal care at Rising.
Pediatric Technique
Gentle care sized for developing bodies
Adjusting an infant or child requires a fundamentally different approach than adjusting an adult. The force used in pediatric care at Rising is no more than the light pressure you would use to test a piece of fruit for ripeness. Dr. Druckenmiller adapts her analysis and technique to the age, size, and developmental stage of each child, using light impulse, gentle sustained contact, or vibration depending on what is most appropriate. The goal is the same as it is for every practice member — a clearer nervous system and a body that functions the way it was designed to. The delivery is simply adapted to meet each child exactly where they are.
