Wellness Care
Maintaining what you have built
Preventive, intentional, and built to last
The phase after correction
Most people find their way to wellness care after completing a corrective care plan. They came in with a problem, worked through it, and decided they did not want to go back. Wellness care is for people with no active spinal or nervous system problems who want to keep it that way. It is preventive by nature, focused on maintaining function, supporting adaptability, and preserving quality of life over the long term.
What Wellness Care Looks Like
Wellness visits are typically less frequent than corrective care because the spine and nervous system are already functioning well. The goal is to keep them that way. Dr. Druckenmiller checks for areas of developing tension or restriction before they become symptomatic and addresses them while they are still small. It is the same thorough, specific care as always, adjusted for where you are now rather than where you started.

Dr. Druckenmiller’s Insight
Prevention is personal to her
Dr. Druckenmiller built Rising around the idea that the body performs best when the nervous system is consistently supported, not just when something goes wrong. Her own experience showed her what it looks like to let dysfunction build unchecked and what changes when it is addressed proactively. Wellness care is the expression of that philosophy in its purest form. It is not about chasing problems. It is about never having to chase them in the first place.
What you can expect
Built around where you are now
Wellness care at Rising is straightforward. Visits are efficient, focused, and built around keeping your nervous system clear and your spine moving well. Most wellness practice members come in on a schedule that fits their life and their body’s needs. Dr. Druckenmiller tracks how you are responding over time and adjusts the frequency as needed. The people who commit to this phase of care tend to stay here for a long time, and most will tell you it is one of the better decisions they have made for their health.
